Darvier

Darvier is a fabulous custom jewelry store in downtown Ft. Collins. Matt and I were on a stroll waiting for his tattoo appointment, and walked right passed their store. We had been looking for someone to do a custom wedding band for my ring. Matt's choice for my ring is the most amazing thing I have ever seen. EVER!! It is the most gorgeous engagement ring! (from Shane Company)

With that, it didn't come as a set with a wedding band. So one of our goals was to find someone who could help us with that. We did. Darvier is super awesome. It's been a great experience working with them. When this post goes up, We have most likely "approved" their design, and they are probably on their way in making it!!

Great find. Great excitement.

I can't say enough about Matt's taste. My ring is beyond words... Here is a photo of it.

One-Stop-Shop

...our wedding website!!!

It IS a "one-stop-shop."

It was a lot of fun to work together to decide what we wanted to include, and get something setup for our guests to visit and learn more.

You can learn more about Matt and I, about our wedding party, about our registries, about the location, and the hotels...SO MUCH!

Our Invites!

It was a tough call whether I would design Matt and I's invites. As a graphic design, there is a fine line between thinking, "this is what I do, I have to do them" or "I will be a perfectionist and never be able to make a decision on colors, type, layout, etc." But after talking with Matt, it sounded like fun, and really, it was really awesome to be able to do this for us!

They were officially mailed last Friday, and we have been so elated to check the mailbox everyday to see the RSVP's.

What a sweet time!!

Here is a little preview :)

Making Favors

Our wedding favors were one the first get-togethers to make something for the wedding. It was truly a project where so many helped! My dad punched the "tags" late at night (this took brute-force and had to be done on the kitchen floor). My mom and I stamped with our monogram that I created, and Matt, Mandi, and Kelli all helped tie them together.

Pink and blue candy sticks, Mmmm!

Engagements with Heather

Our second shoot was a blast as well!! Heather, with Heather Lilly Photography will be photographing our wedding!! And so, of course, we were super excited for our session with her!

Matt and I both love camping and we love the Stanley. We found a great hiking spot behind the Stanley to get the "camping-inspired" photos, and then got dressed up in our vintage outfits to take some sweet photos at one of our fav places, the Stanley Hotel. It is a place with great memories! We had our first date there, as well as our one-year-of-dating anniversary dinner. We love the historic, vintage, and classy feel of the entire place!

Here are some of our favs from Heather!

Save-The-Date Video

Miss Tori Bauer from Shutter Chic Photography, was featured in the post just before this one. She did an amazing job on our fun engagement shoot!

We LOVE the photos and knew we would. As I was thinking about what we could for a Save-The-Date, I remember seeing some really great stopmotion videos made with a series of photos. Read more about them here.

I asked Tori if Matt and I could create one of our own, and of course, she said YES!

Here is the link to our Save-The-Date videos. Be sure to look at both of them!
